Q1What is update! MARUNOUCHI for workers?
A1update! MARUNOUCHI for workers is a membership-based website for those working in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho areas (limited to those working in the following buildings under the management of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd)
Q2What are the conditions to sign up as a member?
A2You must work in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho areas. During registration, you will be required to enter your building and company name.
Q3I haven't received my temporary registration email, or registration completion email.
A3If you still haven't received an email, the below reasons may be considered:
  • Incoming emails are restricted to authorized domains.
    If so, please add "marunouchi-workers.com" to the list of authorized domains
  • Your settings restrict emails from PC mail or emails that contain a URL
  • Automatically sent to your junk inbox
  • Your email address contained an error

Q4About the case where employee-exclusive's mail magazine does not reach.
A4If the mail magazine does not arrive, there is a possibility that it is sorted into spam mail when setting domain reception. Since the mail magazine is distributed from "news@marunouchi-workers.com", please set reception permission from "marunouchi-workers.com".
Q5How do I use employee-exclusive perks?
A5Display the perk on your smartphone, and present it to the store staff.
Q6How do I add a genre to 'favorites?'
A6Access My Page on the header, and click 'add.'
Q7How do I use employee-exclusive perks from my PC?
A7We recommend using a smartphone or tablet, as you will need to present the perk to the store staff. Please be aware that store staff cannot accept perks printed on paper.
Q8I am being transferred out of the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho areas. Will I be able to continue to use the site?
A8In accordance with Member Regulations Article 3, your membership will be forfeited if you are transferred out of the designated areas. You will still be able to use the site for some time, but please be aware that access to the site will be suspended without warning.
